Lost phone, tracking, locate

I was long searching for this answer. Nothing mentioned on the Avira website. Amazing! So when I lost my phone or whatever, I must search another Android phone, then download Avira app, log in, to locate my lost phone??? Really? Why do we need the online website dashboard for? In fact you can do nothing special in the dashboard. It's about the contract, change password and some Avira adds When I am going out and lost it but want to catch the thief I must ask someone for phone and download app first? Do you accept someone unknown to download at that moment an app on your phone? ..

  My question again:

  Why is it not possible to track my mobile down or block it with a webbrowser?
  If I understand it good you must install Avira app on another device to see where it is?

  Why you guys have a forum when there is nobody to answer my question??
  No support. No replies. And you can't log in from the Avira website to search for your phone.

  A long time ago there was this function in the Avira account panel when accessed by a web browser!

  Why did this go away?
