    hello pascha and thanks for you reply ;) 
    My pop-up problem had appears after a windows 10 update ( in february or march 2020 i think - not sure of that i don't remenber sorry  )  
    the pop-up pop 5-6 time/day since this date with a "cling" sound 
    here's the screenshot of it 

    could you help me to make disappear this annoying thing ?

    Unfortunately, you have not specified with which version of Avira this message appears.
    Have you ever tried to reinstall Avira according to the following instructions:

    If this does not resolve the issue, further checks would have to be performed, which are recommended and accompanied by the support team.

    hello, thanks for your help !
    I tried your method ( reinstall + repair method) but unfortnately it doesn't work :(
    pop-up return and reappear again and again...
    i have the free edition of avira 1.0.31.10043
    "help me obiwan u are my only hope"

    Too bad it didn't work out. To rule out that this is a defective installation, it would be possible for you to create an uninstallation and then perform a new installation according to the following instructions? 1. Clean your system ⇒ 2. Reinstall Avira

    If that doesn't work, then we will pass it on to the technical support to check your installation with instructions from the technical service, to which we do not have access from here, also because of data protection GDPR.

    We would be happy about a feedback and about a successful new installation.
