I bought Avira Software Updater pro, It's taking forever to download. It took over a day and still is not done. As I have paid for this I'm very frustrated and wondering if I have wasted time and money?

    Did you purchase the license in the Avira Online Shop?
    How did you proceed with the installation?

    I have tried everything. I ended up downloading Avira smart scan free version. I'm not happy at all. I've followed all steps exactly. it goes through to the steps but the download is so slow. I need help

    You have tried a new installation so many times, the download is always so slow, there seems to be something wrong which cannot be explained or removed without checking.
    Therefore, we already suggested contacting the support team.

    We don't give access to further investigations here, the technicians can start them with a description for you. Maybe the slow download can be solved with the help of the support team.
