I have paid for a pro account but have no license. No VPN.

    Hello Marie-Louise,

    Unfortunately you did not specify where you purchased the license. Is it a single license VPN Pro?

    If you purchased this license in the Avira Online Shop, it is immediately connected to the account, to the email address with which the license was purchased and is therefore immediately activated.
    It is displayed at https://my.avira.com 
    (Subscription + See Details) From there the license can be installed directly.

    If a trial version is stored in your customer account, then you are not connected to the email address used during the purchase.

    If you purchased the license from Apple, your license should be stored in your Apple customer account and linked to your Apple ID - will be visible in your account.

    We are a publicly accessible forum, personal data may and can not be questioned here, Privacy GDPR. Please check your invoice, there you will find all data - the e-mail account for your order. We cannot verify this here.
