I have been informed that my Premium licence is no longer valid. But I paid 79,95 € from my Pay Pal account on 26th of September. I do not understand which is the licence I have, with this payment !

    Please excuse the late reply, due to a high volume of e-mails we only got to it today, we are sorry.
    Please check your registrations in your account at Avira and make sure that you have entered the delivery address at PayPal.
    It is important that you are registered with the correct email address that was used when you made your purchase.

    It should be possible to check the license in your customer account or on the PayPal invoice.
    If something is still unclear, please let us know with exact details, we are happy to help.
