Mac one year subscription doesn’t show in my Avira account and doesn’t work on my Mac as pro

    Hello Rocco,

    Did you buy your licence on the App Store? If so, this licence should be deposited in your Apple customer account.

    If a license is purchased in the Avira Online Shop, it is immediately activated on the Avira account with the email address used for the purchase.

    In case of further queries, Apple would be the contact person for the license purchased there.
    Your license is not stored with Avira, so you are not registered as Pro Customer. Avira has no access to Apple accounts. In your Apple account your license should be displayed with your ID.

    Apple will certainly help you with your request with the licence you have purchased there.

    Thanks for your answer
    But if I need to access with my login and password details to get working the pro version, and there isn’t any way to login in vpn phantom as Apple costumer how I can get it working?
