Avira is not letting me restore quarantined items I know are safe

As I said Avira is not letting me restore files I know are safe. I have the latest free version of Avira. Even though it is a free software this is completely unacceptable and since free users for some stupid reason cannot contact support I am stuck. 

This keeps happening no matter what the file is that I am trying to restore. This is absolutely a problem which Avira should fix.
