Issue with a remote access tool and Avira antivirus

Hello, we are having an error when Avira antivirus is installed on Windows 7 and try to use our remote access software www.dwservice.net.

We are able to install the software and most features of that software work fine but when we trying to connect to PC desktop/screen the software doesn't work.

If we disable real time protection or uninstall Avira the software works fine.
