Subscription renewed before it was due.
TerminéeI have an active Avira Prime subscription, which should last until 6th Jan 2023 with transaction ID: 2xxxxxxx6.
I have purchased an additional Avira Prime subscription of 1 year, with reference number: 3xxxxxxx3.
I assumed the new subscription will start only after my current subscription ended.
However the system "renewed" my subscription instantly, and I lost 49 days of my old subscription.
May I request that the remaining days of my old subscription be added to the new one.
