OpenVPN connection failure

Hello,

Is Avira Security interfering with a standalone installation of OpenVPN? I have a VPN headend behind AWS and I can't establish connection in OpenVPN Connect if Avira is running. The headend (*eu-central-1.amazonaws.com) is configured to work via UDP and I can make it work only if the Web Protection module is deactivated.

How could I add my VPN server address to an white list, so I could keep Web Protection active for everything else?
