Can't log in to Avira Website
TerminéeHi, i can't log in to Avira website with my account that have Avira Prime subscription. It ask verification code, yet never sent one to my phone number. i have clicked "resend verification code" several times, never receive any message.

We do not fully understand the information you have provided. You have neither specified which OS is installed on your system, nor where and when you purchased the Prime version.
A verification code has not been used for some time, it is no longer required.
Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.

If Prime is not displayed in the customer account under Subscriptions, your access data is incorrect.Here you will find instructions on how to install the Prime version:

Only with your access data, which you used when ordering, will your purchased subscription be displayed.Questions about the license or the payment process can only be answered by the support team via your customer account by email in accordance with GDPR. Hi, thanks for the reply. The Avira app on my computer works fine. But I can't log in to my.avira.com with my account. And I also logged out from Avira Phantom VPN on my Galaxy Tab S6, tried to log in, email n password correct, but asking the verification code. I use Indonesian phone number, last time I logged in and got the code was last year. What should I do then?
