Avira rules - Bluetooth - one way

Hi!

Please, ... my notebook Lenovo V14 is able to send a file to my cellphone via bluetooth, but I can not send a file from the cellphone to my notebook.

I think Avira, in my notebook, could be the responsible for that. Is it possible? How do I disable Avira Antivirus Pro just for testing it?
