TerminéeI have placed a ticket for refund request but there is no reply for more than 5 days. Whenever i tried to chat with the agent there is always no agent available. This is the worst customer service that I came across with.

Unfortunately, we cannot understand your statements about contacting the support.
In the chat, the customer is offered feedback via email,
"Would you like me to create a ticket for your now, so one of our agents can reach out to you via email later?"
If this is not claimed and answered by the customer, further processing will be terminated.Premium customers with a valid license and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT".
