Password Manager

Hey Avira,

Would have logged this as a support ticket but not a paid sub and on the basis on what has just happened disinclined to do so.

Doesn't help to randomly log me out from my password manager on all my devices at the same time. Both mobile and desktop. I rely on the biometric fingerprint function on my mobile devices to gain access which so far has been fine.

But this time I am logged out across all three and I am now unable to use biometrics to log back in. For obvious reasons I did not save my master password as I assumed mistakenly that by having a biometric access I did not need to. My only recourse now is "reset" my profile... Hugely annoying.

Perhaps be a lot clearer in your blurb in stating that :

1. You do randomly log people out of their password manager.And in some cases "ALL" of the devices at the same time.

2. That enabling biometric access does not mean that a person will always be able to access their password manager, even when the master password is required.
