    We are also a bit surprised and wonder how you installed your license.

    You write:

    Only the buyer can install his purchased license. We do not have access to your account, we cannot resolve your problem.
    Please have a look at your installation, which only you can do on your device. We do not have access to your installation. Here you can find the instructions to install your Prime license:

    After correct installation of your Prime license you will be able to use all Premium features.
    Premium customers with valid license and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT".
