    Hello Stefan,

    Unfortunately, we do not fully understand your information. You write:

    I have an Avira Prime subscription and am trying to contact support because my subscription is not listed in my profile.

    This is a clear sign that your license is not activated with your email address.
    Every subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used during the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address. 

    Please check which email address you used to register with your subscription in the Avira customer account.

    Only with your access data (e-mail address and the password you selected for this license), which you used during the purchase, your subscription will be displayed, and you can contact support directly.
    Premium customers with a valid license and correct login can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT".

    Your subscription is not activated with the e-mail address used here.
