Can't Set up Avira

Hi!

I'm trying to set up Avira on my iMac. It asks to allow full access for Avira Scan Services and Avira Security Helper. I did that, but Avira doesn't recognize it, because it says that "Allow" button needs to be clicked. There is no allow button in macOS settings! How can I set up Avira. Can someone please help?
