You have 3 email addresses in your customer account, please check if all of them are verified by you.Please log in to your customer account using the access data you used when placing your order. Your purchased license will then be displayed and can be installed directly from the customer account. Each subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
Only with your access data, which you used when ordering, your subscription is displayed and can be initiated immediately from there under "Installation" or you can also contact support directly via email, chat and telephone.
