I can't open e-mail messages.

I use my business email (email address has been removed), every day.
Today I logged into the email as usual but, Avira won't let me open any emails.
I couldn't copy the message that appeared initially on the screen.
At this moment there is no longer any message on the screen, but I still can't open the email, as you can see in the picture.
I also have the anti-virus installed on my cell phone and I can open the emails.
What should I do?
