    Hello Alan,

    Before changing your personal data, did you add the new address, update your data in your customer account?  See the instructions from the Avira Knowledgebase & Customer Support:
    Update the email address in your Avira account – Official Avira Support | Knowledgebase & Customer Support | Avira

    Please check if the new email address is correctly inserted in your customer account, only then the confirmation email will work.

    Apologies for the confusion. What i meant was, i was making a new account for my avira services, logging out, then signing up for a new one. After that, at first try, i received the verification email, but an error appeared. so i tried again. and the verification email wasn't received onwards.

    Even if i wanted to Switch emails, i couldn't. I can't find the box where to update emails

    Hello. I think i have successfully[?] Swapped my old email to the new one. I still couldn't receive the verification email. 

    I should mention it, Maybe there's an interference or a glitch since I Swapped this current account's old email to the new one and Created a new Avira account on the same new email. 

    I hope for this to be resolved in no time.
