Problem about new account verification
TerminéeHello! I changed my Avira services' [ex. PWM, etc.] email. The issue is, i couldn't receive any verification email on that new email. Though, it sent once, but didn't work. I tried over and over again, i have received no email, nor from the spam folder.

Before changing your personal data, did you add the new address, update your data in your customer account? See the instructions from the Avira Knowledgebase & Customer Support:
Update the email address in your Avira account – Official Avira Support | Knowledgebase & Customer Support | AviraPlease check if the new email address is correctly inserted in your customer account, only then the confirmation email will work.

Apologies for the confusion. What i meant was, i was making a new account for my avira services, logging out, then signing up for a new one. After that, at first try, i received the verification email, but an error appeared. so i tried again. and the verification email wasn't received onwards.

Even if i wanted to Switch emails, i couldn't. I can't find the box where to update emails

Hello. I think i have successfully[?] Swapped my old email to the new one. I still couldn't receive the verification email.
I should mention it, Maybe there's an interference or a glitch since I Swapped this current account's old email to the new one and Created a new Avira account on the same new email.
I hope for this to be resolved in no time.
