Cannot activate subscription on second laptop

Support inexistent, chat bot of 1st generation just listing the few "FAQ" answers ... very disappointing. The "free"- version has been so promising ...

Please log in to your customer account with the email address you used to order the license. You have 2 e-mail addresses in your customer account. No license is stored under the e-mail address used here. Please check whether both email addresses you have entered in your Avira customer account are verified by you.
Each subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
If the purchased license is not displayed in your customer account, your access data is not correct.
Premium customers with a valid license and correct login can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT".You have already contacted the support team.
