USB Safe Eject is broken on Windows

Avira please relay to your developers, a bug came back.

The Windows safe eject has a problem.

I have a device that has been offline for 3 days and hasn't updated since 08/07/2023 and safe eject still works on:
Version: 1.1.91.1
Antivirus SDK Version: 1.0.2306.855

Somewhere between 1.0.2306.855 and 1.0.2307.908 it changed.
