    Hello Charles, 

    Regarding your description: this is logical for a missing installation and only confirms that you have not correctly logged into your customer account with your purchased licence.
    It doesn't help to log in again with a different e-mail address here in the forum and no longer use the one you used in your first post. Every new post - registered with different e-mail addresses! - only brings confusion into your concern and is not helpful for clarification.

    Every day that you do not register the licence that is already available to you, you lose further unused time during the term of the paid subscription. You received the goods/licence activation with reference number and an invoice on 8/7/23. We have already provided you with the installation instructions with pictures on 10/09/23.

    We have also provided you with the Avira Community Guidelines. If you are not able to install your ordered product, please consider asking for help to install your licence, maybe in your environment.
