Consider this to rather be feedback on the Firefox Addon, as there is no other way to send you this. I love the product, but sadly, the current Firefox extension uses a lot of CPU power in the background (even if the browser is not actively used and just runs in the background):

In the Firefox console, I could find the following error appearing over and over again:

Again, this occures without any active use.

System stats:

• Firefox 118.0.1 (64bit)
• HP Elite Dragonfly Max Notebook (i7-1165G7)
• openSUSE Tumbleweed (Gnome/Wayland)
• Kernel version: Linux 6.5.6-1-default

Thank you for forwarding this to the developers, it really makes a great product unusable!

  Same problem now also occurs with the Chrome version of the addon. Please fix this fast!

  Gibt es hierzu irgendein Update? Wurde das Problem an das Entwicklerteam weitergeleitet?

  Neuinstallationen usw. haben nicht geholfen, aber die CPU-Auslastung steigt so stark, dass ich unterwegs mittlerweile die Browsererweiterung jedes mal deaktiviere, weil sonst mein Akku deutlich darunter leidet.
