    Btw It is not the Mail I use for this account. I made one just to ask this question

    Hello Jakob,

    Please check your e-mail addresses. You have 2 email addresses stored in your Avira customer account. Under which address did you install your licence? Under which email address was the invoice sent to you?

    Please check your own name, which you have entered differently. 

    Each subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated in your Avira customer account under this email address. 
    Unfortunately, questions about your licence or payment processing can only be processed by the support team via your customer account by email in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (DPRG).  
    Check your own details and also whether you are correctly registered and your subscriptions are verified by you in your customer account.

    Den Account, den ich hier verwende um zu schreiben, ist nicht mit dem Avira Prime Abo verbunden und ich hab den nur erstellt damit ich dieses Problem klären kann.

    Ich habe alle meine Posteingänge nach Avira durchsucht und nichts gefunden. Gibt es keine Möglichkeit, dass mir der Support die Accountdaten zukommen lässt, wenn ich den Verwendungszweck des Kontoauszugs, welcher an Avira ging, angebe?
