You are writing here in the publicly accessible Avira forum, questions about your subscription can only be answered by Support. The Avira Community is subject to the strict requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation, we adhere to these GDPR requirements.
Unfortunately, questions about your Avira subscription and your installation can only be answered by the support team via your customer account by email in compliance with the GDPR. Only you, the licence holder, can cancel the subscription, we are not authorised to do so.
Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
Log in to your customer account with your access data (email address and the password you have chosen), after which your purchased licence will be displayed in your customer account. At the bottom of this page, you will find instructions on how to cancel your contract.
There, you can cancel your purchased subscription yourself.Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the support team directly from their customer account: via email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.
The support team can only be contacted by Premium customers who are correctly registered. The digital assistant also draws your attention to this:"I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level."
"If you have an account, please log in for premium support services."If anything is still unclear, please let us know and we will be happy to help.
