Do you offer custom streaming, gaming and torrent servers? How are these servers different?

Are all your servers physically in a given country or are some virtual, if so which? Why is that so?

Are your servers only using RAM memory?

Do you offer multi-hop connectivity?

Do you offer static IP addresses?

Can I somehow switch the protocol I want to use in the application, what protocols does the VPN connection use?

What protocols do you offer, do the protocols offered vary by platform? Are other protocols offered on for example Android, iOS, macOS and so on...?

What encryption do you offer, does it vary by platform and protocol chosen?
