Avira Free for Mac not working !

I have a MacBook Air m2 !

I have Avira free and it keeps on green out the boxes for running scans!

I have checked if it is any other app etc that is conflicting but that is not the case as I have no apps that could cause this.

I have given permissions to Avira to run etc and yet if I remove the app and reinstall it it works but only for a day or two before once again greying out the run buttons!

Help please!
