    Your information is very confusing and difficult for us to understand.
    Please check your own details and your orders.

    You have 3 e-mail addresses in your Avira customer account. You even called up two of the email addresses stored in your Avira customer account yesterday.  Furthermore, you also enquired about your licence in the chat, but unfortunately you were not logged in correctly. The digital assistant Mark draws your attention to this: "I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level."   and   "If you have an account, please log in for premium support services." A satisfactory response is only possible if you are correctly logged in.

    You are writing here with an Avira customer account that you created yesterday - with a new e-mail address.

    You have 3 e-mail addresses in your Avira customer account, your active licence is also stored there - this e-mail address has not yet been correctly verified by you.
    If you do not remember your order and activation of your licence, it is good that all data is stored with PayPal. Your information "I have never had an account with Avira ..." can be quickly checked by Avira via your payment received with PayPal. 
    Avira does not need to be hacked, please check whether you have cancelled your purchased licence and deactivated the automatic licence renewal.

    If you no longer remember your orders with Avira, there are various ways to help you with your orders and payments received via Avira, i.e. the licences that are still active. Please let us know, we are pleased to help.
