    We have removed your Avira subscription reference number for your security.
    Please check your login in your Avira customer account, the data of your order will only be displayed there if you are logged in correctly.
    You have  e-mail addresses in your Avira customer account. Please log in to your Avira customer account with the email address you used to purchase the subscription. Please check whether this email address has already been verified by you.


    You have already tried to get help in the chat. The digital assistant Mark informs you that you are not logged in correctly: "I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level." and "If you have an account, please log in for premium support services."  You have also already contacted support.

    Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the Avira customer account under "SUPPORT": via email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.

    After following these instructions, your licence will be stored in your Avira customer account and can be installed directly from there. You will receive further information from the support team in your customer account.
