delay between apps

Hello, I have notice a huge  delay between the sync of the password on my Avira password app on my phone and the one on my browser. Sometimes it doesn't even save the passwords that were saved on my phone they don't show on my browser app. I don't know if it is a limit of the free account which I have or there is something else?  Is very annoying that those passwords saved on mobile don't show at all on browser app. I appreciate any kind of help here
