    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible user2user forum. We have neither access to your Avira customer account nor to your Avira installation.

    Unfortunately, you have not provided any information about your installation of the purchased licence, we do not know how you proceeded.
    If a limited use - 100mb - is displayed, your purchased licence PRIME is not registered correctly. If you have correctly registered your Prime licence, there is no restriction.

    The digital assistant Mark pointed out: ‘I'm here to help you, but my support is limited to your subscription.’ and ‘If you have a customer account, please sign in to take advantage of premium support.’ 
    Please check your correct login in your Avira customer account.

    Premium customers with a valid Prime licence and correct registration can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under Support: via email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.
