    Your issue is not clear to us.
    You had the information from the digital assistant Mark that your request is not correct, that you are not logged in correctly. We provided you with a copy because you opened a new thread and did not post in the existing thread, see:

    You did not provide any information - neither about your Avira access data, your Avira version nor about your OS installation with version number for the last Windows update. We informed you that we do not have access to your data, i.e. not even information about your Windows OS version with the last update version number nor information about your Avira version with the current Avira update number.
