Trying to lock apps with pin codes

Hi guys, I recomended Avira to a friend cause I was kind of happy with it, but he wanted to have pin codes to lock his apps instead of patterns but we can seen to get it to work and the bots at avira are useless so hoping u guys can help! Thanks in advance! // J
