You did not answer my question satisfactorily, the problem was not solved, you have already charged two subscriptions to my credit card, I have already contacted the credit card company and they held Avira responsible for the undue charge, and what's more, the Prime plan was made available for use. In short: You charged me for something I did not request and did not use. Only the cancellation terminates a concluded contract, with automatic contract renewal if this was not set by the contractual partner as desired.
