I can't uninstall Avira Free

After uninstalling Avira Free and restarting the computer it comes back. I want to install to Avira Security Suite and cannot uninstall Antivirus Avira free.

  Hello Bruno,

  You don't need to uninstall our Free Suite. After purchasing a license you just need to log in with your Avira credentials to unlock your Pro version.

  i want to uninstall avira but it keeps reinstalling , i want it off my pc and it should not keep coming back. when it is uninstalled it should stay uninstalled

  I can not uninstall the speed up part of it has it has embedded itself in task manager and is causing my computer problems nor can I get rid of Orzan or what ever it is called never wanted it on my computer
