avira phantom VPN is not working

hi, 

i cannot able to use the avira phantom VPN

SEVERAL Times I TRIED TO SECURE MY CONNECTION BUT IT SEEMS IS NOT WORKING....

 

I already paid the monthly fees last Saturday and also i used for 3 days but now unfortunately is not working.

  • Operating system
  • Connection type (WiFi or mobile)
  • Which version of Avira Phantom VPN do you use

  I have the phantom vpn iphone app, since I updated to ios 13 and then to ios13.1 it‘s not working anymore, it‘s annoying since I pay monthly for it and now I can‘t even use it. I have v2.30, build 420, I use connection type wifi
