Renewal problems

l didn't want to renew mv subscription to Avira because it's too expensive and too complicated. Unfortunatelv, an automatic renewal has taken place and on 17th august l paid 96.95 euros. l received a message on my email address xxxxxxx@scarlet.be with the title "Your Avira product renewal instructions". If l follow this instruction, I install the Free Avira version but l don't have a code for the Pro version, despite my payment being made.
l'd like an answer, please.

Hello Willy,
Did you try to login with your used Avira credentials? If you are having more than one Avira account, please make sure that you are logged in with these which your subscription is used with.
Important: Please log in with the email address in the customer account that was used for the invoice.

Hello David,
As sadly we cannot verify you through a public board, you need to turn off your active subscription on your own. But: It's quite simple!
Just head up to https://my.avira.com and login with your Avira credentials. There you can deactivate your subscription:

Also I think I may be registered with an email address I can no longer access, I therefore cannot reset the password
