Internet Security Firewall Adapter rules exception

The default UDP Port Scan always block the IP of my router. I think by placing the "Allow subnet" rule above the "UDP Port Scan" rule can solve the problem. But I found that "UDP Port Scan" cannot be "Rule down" or "Rule up". How can I set exception for my router?

  Hello,

   

  our current version of Antivirus provides only an easy interface for the Windows Firewall. The settings you describe indicates, that you are using an old version of the Avira products, that is no longer supported by us.

  Please uninstall this version and install a current version.
