Hi i got RansomWare attack note reads NEMTY-DECRYPT & all my files Documents, picture, videos everything got encrypted and has got extension _NEMTY_J5ZBumQ_

  Well, without a backup on an external drive there's nothing we can do. Sadly, if your files are encrypted they stay encrypted. Maybe a system scan with Avira can remove the malware itself but it's not guaranteed.
