Hello Kenneth,
We've checked your account and you haven't unselected two kinds of newsletters. We deactivated them for you but if you would like to delete your account, you need to do this of your own as we cannot verify you through a public board.

I never encountered this. I always managed to unsubscribe when I decided that I do not want to receive more emails, but with avira it is impossible. I really hate it when this happens and I will do my best to see that they are investigated and hopefully found guilty of GDPR breach.

Dear Arthur
The link you are providing takes you everywhere except to unsubscribe. It is our right to unsubscribe and you have to provide an easy way to do so. This will backfire on you because I will never buy anything from such a company who does not allow me to decide what I really want. So if you are really responsible and interested from customer needs, please go ahead and delete my name from your mailing list and then ask you, development team, to fix this nonsense.

Ich möchte keine Emails mehr von Avira bekommen. Der Abmelde-Button führt nicht zur Abmeldung, sondern zur Anmeldung. Das ist betrügerisch. Ich wünsche, dass Sie alle meine Daten löschen und dass ich keine weiteren Emails, auch keine Werbung, von Avira bekomme. Falls ich wiederum keinen Erfolg habe, wende ich mich an den Datenschutz-Beauftragten des Landes NRW. Ebenso vermisse ich die Seiten auf Deutsch. Ich kann kein Englisch. Was soll ich damit?

bitte melde dich mit deinen Avira Zugangsdaten in deinem Avira Konto an:
Anschließend klicke auf deinen Namen und wähle "Benachrichtigungen". Hier kannst du die Newsletter abmelden und anschließend speichern.
Ebenfalls kannst du hier deine Daten löschen lassen.

Yes, make it one click and stop trying to sell your stuff instead by linking your eMail unsubscribe to your marketing web page. It too me extra time to reset password. I also will find a way to report you.

Top left of page, click symbol with your name or initial in it (not hard to find)
click account, go to the 3rd tab labelled notification.
Un-tick all boxes.
SAVE!!!
The 4th and final tab is where you go to delete account.
Don't be such a bunch of shitheads!!
