hello,

from time to time, may be one time in an hour, about, a small window opens in sreen center telling '' in product messaging has stopped...windows will close this program and show you if there is a solution''... this is new now. may be since yesterday.

however avira seems to be working normally...the umbrella remains open...Scanning a file or folder with avira works normally...

Is something wrong in my avira? should i uninstall - reinstall avira? the automatic updates seem to be working also.

is there some avira files to verify?

i am with windows 7-64, avira version is free 15 0 1910 1604

  we would recommend you to do a repair of Avira for safety. This should prevent the problem from occurring again.

  curiously, today, after 2 or 3 hours on the pc i did not see this message again... However i will remember your advice  in case this problem comes back.
