VPN not working with pro account - unable to contact Avira
TerminéeMy VPN has been not working for a while now. I have an Avira account and bought it from the site, the pro version that costs me exactly 6,48€ a month. Whenever I try to connect, I just get an "unknown error", and that's all. Of course, I can't contact Avira directly because apparently I don't have a license ? Anyway I think I'll just end up switching for another VPN provider, this is really unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.
