changing the virtual location
I have Avira VPN Pro. It won't secure my connection. The virtual location needs to be changed from unknown to nearest location

do you get an error message? Please check if another VPN client is installed, which could interrupt the connection.
Please also try a reinstallation of the VPN client. Is this helping?Best,

I am not sure if I know what your question is about.
If your location is still set to unknown you won't be able to connect at all.
After you chose a location this will be shown in your online activity but don't worry it is only the location of our servers that will displayed so you can't be tracked.
