Avira Prime License Doesn't Activate
TerminéeI just purchased a 1 yr Avira Prime subscription for 25 devices. I tried activating the license via the Subscription tab in my.avira.com. At first it seemed to take but the activation never made it down to my computer software. Upon logging in, the Subscription Tab again says that I have no subscription plans and if I tried the activation code again and got the message "Maximum user activation for this code has been reached." I tried clicking the install link in the e-mail I received but then it wants me to create a new account. I would prefer to keep my existing account, not create a new one every time I purchase a subscription. I've tried searching for a support e-mail but the support page says I don't have an active license so I can't get e-mail support. I've purchased a license or subscription or whatever you want to call it but it seems to not work and without a working one I can't get support????? Can anyone point me to where I can get help for the product/service I paid for?

the license will be always activated automatically under the email address with that you processed the purchase.
It looks like this was another mail than your original account. Another hint for that is, that it suggests you to login into another account when you try to install the product via the installation mail.
It is not possible to activate the license afterward under another account!
However, you can reach out to the colleagues from the customer service logged in with the new account. They have the possibility to merge your two accounts into one.
