"Your Antivirus license expired" after installation

Hello,

I installed Avira Antivirus free on a Windows Server 2016 system. It worked and I could search through the system, but directly after installation I got the message "Your Antivirus license is expired".

Its a free product and its directly after the installation. What can I do?

  Hello e.klein.

  But you can use the free version normally without any affect of this message actually, do you?.

  And the message appears only straight after the installation or is it now still appears?.

  Same problem with avira free antivirus on windows 10

  "fix now" do nothing...

  I have the same issue and it shows that its protected but still need the licence.  I've always used this for free without subscription.  Is this a trick to get us to pay for the product now or is this a glitch?

  i have same issue with windows server 2019... i'm thinking to buy a pro license but if is this the customer service... 2 years and problem still... mmm...
