PROBLEM WITH ACCOUNT

Hello, i registred Avira Phantom VPN Pro in my Iphone 6s, and ofcourse i pay with my Apple ID 5 euro. 

I istall Avira Phantom VPN in my laptop and log in in my accout. In my phone is working Unlimited of course, and in my laptop dont work ( work limited 1GB ), and in November 2019 in that account work on phone and on laptop.

The cuestion is why dont work Unlimited on my laptop?

  Hello Miki,

   

  The Avira products you purchase via the Apple App Store are only compatible with iOS devices.

   

  In order to use Phantom VPN on your Laptop or even MacBook you need to download it via https://www.avira.com/en/vpn-pro

  Also the unlimited data you purchased is only valid for your mobile device and can't be transfered to your laptop.
