VPN does not work after new subscription

I still have a 1-year subscription running until end of December. I decided some weeks ago to get a new 2-year subscription for Avira Prime.
The new license is active but the Phantom VPN does not work on any devise. it even does not recognize my internet connection.
Please advise on what to do to ensure the VPN to be back online.

Hey guys, the comments above do not really match my query.. so anyone has a solution for me?
I already uninstalled the VPN twice and re-installed but again, none of my devises recognizes my Prime/PRO license.
So currently the products are useless..

Update: problem remains despite full program deletion including registry cleaner and new installation.
All devices are connected to WiFi but vpn says it is not connected.
in My Account, the prime update for the devices is “pending” awaiting device to be online.. well, I’m writing this from one of the devices..
i have seen replies to other posts, would be nice to get one as well..
