Today, I received my credit card statement that included a payment of £38.99 on 25/12/19
for Avira Antivirus. I have not ordered this and I have no license, In fact I do not want
it. Please cancel this Antivirus and repay an amount into my account.

Please check your licenses in your customer account under subscriptions.
Deactivate all automatic license renewals, even older licenses must be deactivated. https://support.avira.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000924057-
