    Hello Paulo,

    Important: If you have more than one Avira account, please make sure that you are logged in with the access data in your customer account with which your subscription was acquired. The e-mail address on the invoice must be identical with the account access data.

    In the customer account with the correct e-mail address the purchased license is displayed under "Subscriptions", the invoice under "Payment history".

    We have no access to your customer account here. For further problems please contact the support team - from the customer account under "SUPPORT".
